Our rice is produced on a spacious 17’000 hectare plot of farmland that is divided into seven sections. Each section is only used twice in a seven year period to prevent problems of repeated cultivation. While portions of the farmland are left fallow, the area is used as a pasture for cows, sheep and other livestock to fertilise the land in an effort to minimise the use of chemical products. This production method guarantees soil richness and high quality crops. Our rice comes from one single farm to guarantee stable supply and quality.
Our farm is equipped with a state of the art Japanese "Satake" rice processing system that is specially conceived for Japonica short grain rice.
